Who we are
Bellman DSGE is operated by QuantiFit, a sole-proprietor business based in Seychelles (the “Service,” “we,” “us”).

What we collect
When you fill in the Request Access form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your affiliation (institution or organisation)
- Your role (academic, central bank economist, etc.)
- The short description you provide of how you'd use Bellman DSGE
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on this site. The site does not set cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate access requests to the Bellman DSGE closed beta and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise transmit this information to third parties.
Legal basis for processing
Under Article 6 of the EU GDPR, we rely on:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for evaluating and replying to your access request, because you submitted the form voluntarily to start a commercial conversation;
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — for processing a subscription once you have one, so we can deliver the service;
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for any optional marketing communications, which we never send without your explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as is necessary to evaluate and act on your access request — whichever is shorter. Outdated leads are purged periodically.
Subscription records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation as required by accounting and tax law (typically 7 years in most jurisdictions).
Payment processing — Paddle as Merchant of Record
If you subscribe to Bellman DSGE, all payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record (“MoR”). This means:
- Your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle, who is the seller of record on your receipt;
- Paddle collects payment, calculates and remits applicable VAT / GST / sales tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks under their own merchant terms;
- Paddle is an independent data controller for the payment data it collects. Their privacy policy governs that processing and is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
From Paddle, we receive only what we need to provision and support your subscription — typically your email address, country, subscription tier, and renewal status. We never receive your full card number or banking details.
Sub-processors
To operate the Service we currently rely on the following sub-processors. Each has been selected for its data-protection track record and binds itself to GDPR-equivalent terms.
- Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) — payment processing, billing, tax remittance
- Cloudflare, Inc. (US) — domain registration and DNS
- Vercel Inc. (US) — static-site hosting and content delivery
We will update this list if we add or change sub-processors. If you object to a sub-processor, contact us and we will discuss options.
International transfers
Some of our sub-processors are based outside your country of residence. Where your personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that does not have an equivalent data-protection regime, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent transfer mechanism the sub-processor relies on.
Marketing communications
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you give us your email through the Request Access form, we will use it solely to respond to that request and discuss your access to the beta. We do not add you to a newsletter, drip campaign, or promotional list without your explicit opt-in.
If we ever introduce an opt-in newsletter, joining will be voluntary and you can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to erasure”)
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction
To exercise any of these rights, email bellman@quantfit.app. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Form submissions and subscription records are stored on secured infrastructure. Access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach materially affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children
Bellman DSGE is a research tool for institutional and academic users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
