14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Bellman DSGE and decide within fourteen (14) days of your first payment that it doesn't fit your needs, email bellman@quantfit.app or contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt. We will issue a full refund of your first payment.
The 14-day window applies to new subscribers only — one per customer.
After the 14-day window
After the 14-day window has passed, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We generally grant refunds when:
- The Service has been demonstrably unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in the current billing period
- You can show a documented billing error (double charge, wrong tier billed, currency mishap)
- You bought the wrong tier and want to switch — we will pro-rate the difference rather than refund
We generally do not grant refunds simply because the subscription was used briefly and then no longer needed for the current period. Cancel the renewal and the next billing cycle will not be charged.
How to request a refund
You have two routes; either works:
- Email us: bellman@quantfit.app with your Paddle receipt number and a one-line reason. We will route the refund through Paddle.
- Contact Paddle directly: click the support link in your receipt email. Paddle's buyer-support team can process refunds without our involvement under their MoR terms.
Refunds are usually processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The funds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle subscription-management portal (link in your receipt). Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund — refunds follow the rules above.
Annual vs. monthly
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions. For annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window, we do not refund unused months by default; partial refunds for documented service issues are reviewed individually.
Customisation tier
Bespoke customisation agreements (central banks, treasuries, white-label deployments) are governed by their own signed contracts and service-level agreements, not by this policy.
Paddle's role — Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and the legal counterparty for the transaction. Their Buyer Terms supplement this policy. To the extent of any conflict between this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms in respect of payment processing, Paddle's terms apply.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve it directly and faster than a chargeback dispute. Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is in progress may delay resolution.
